Additionally, I have successfully coordinated events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions for over 50 attendees, managing budgets, logistics, and promotional materials to ensure seamless execution. Alongside my marketing skills, I excel in administrative tasks such as file organization, expense reporting, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of operations.

Hiring Letter

Per the direction of the HR Director, I crafted a letter for new hires. This letter was included with various material such as the handbook, the company's values, and any benefit opportunities. I put together 45 folders for three different offices that contained this information. 

Employee Engagement 

In collaboration with the HR Director, I curated daily internal email blasts to promote staff engagement and encouragement.
